Mahkota Dewa - Heavenly Crown - (Phaleria Macrocarpa)
(Phaleria Macrocarpa)
That is the Latin name of Makhota Dewa. In Indonesian this means something like angelic or heavenly "crown." It just tastes so good for such a great healing herb that is purported to cure many human ailments.

Dominating Spirit
On the journey of inner attainment. There is, on occasion, contact with those aspects of our selves that dominate. These are necessary in order to overcome the superfluous elements that are not not real.
Victorious unity requires that we both dominate and be dominated by the superior aspects of the self.
don't allow your self to be dominated by the superfluous.
don't allow your self to dominate others for the sake of illusory gratification.
Dominate only the self for the purpose of improvement and internal attainment.

Mahkota DewA
We went to the local hair salon. This kind of doubles as a sundries store. I happened to see a package of Mahkota Dewa in there. This is quite a fabulous tropical herb. I will learn the English name and post about it again soon.
The interesting thing about this herb is that it tastes really good. When you boil it up in the pot there is not horrendous broth to guzzle. It's quite pleasant and better yet it cures many human ailments.
Even so I am still quite partial to hot cup of Sambiloto tea, it is akin to herbal whiskey.
Sometimes you just want a drink that will curl your eyelashes and make you healthy at the same time.

Selfworth the magic Key
Hello folks, here is the bambster yet again with another pearl of wisdom. Regardless of your color or creed, your politics or game the one key factor to progressing on your personal evolutionary path is............. The ability to accurately assess and actually improve your self worth.
It may seem simple and naught but ramblings but it is easier talked about than done. Stardom won't save you, at least not from your self anyways. We all get old and crusty eventually... if we are fortunate enough to live long enough.
Aging gracefully goes nicely with improving your self worth. It can be a "slippery fish" for sometimes we are tricked into believing hubris is worth.
Your life and experience are the greatest teachers.
Blessings on your journey.

Cheezy cheesy pop songs
ok I have to admit something before we go too far. I have a fetish for cheezy pop songs. Cheezy pop songs, it sounds like a brand of snacks. Yet no diversionary banter will hide my hankering for that super cheesy sound of 3 chords and cliche' lyrics.
I like to write cheesy pop songs, I like to listen to cheesy pop songs. Although sometimes I go to great lengths to allow metamorphosis with a good dash of experimentalia.
So now it's out and official, BambiZilla is no longer a closet cheese merchant.
When it comes to talking to the hearts of the masses, nothing beats "super cheese" in the form of a pop song.
Nothing is more powerful than an idea who's time has come.

Sambiloto King of Bitters!
I like herbs, they are medicines that grow in the ground.
There is one particular herb that I like. In tropical Bali Indonesia they call it Sambiloto The latin name is Andrographis Paniculata - See Wikipedia.
This stuff is so bitter, it pretty much scares sickness away. Sambiloto is so bitter it puts hairs on the hairs on your chest.... even if you didn't have any there to start with. Sambiloto is so bitter that if you drink enough of it mosquitoes wont bite you.
It grows everywhere around this area, it is a simple roadside weed. It looks so unassuming yet if you take one leaf and chew it in your mouth...
A flushing waves encompasses your body as the flavor permeates your saliva glands.
In the words of the great Australian prophet "Farkin Aye!"
The active ingredient in Sambiloto has a strong positive effect on the liver and kidneys.
If you need to know all the yadda yadda look at the wikipedia link above. It cures just about everything and strengthens your body all round.
I am not a staunch herbalist, I like to start the day with a fresh carrot juice and then a coffee.
Later in the day I drink Sambiloto Tea. Just one is good. If you have too much of it, your body goes into detox and that can be hard to handle while at work.
Preparation: Get the plant and dry it in the sun. Once its dry, scrunch the leaves and keep them in a sealed container. It lasts a lot longer than drinking chocolate. Almost no one helps you finish off a container of Sambiloto tea in a hurry.
Food is your medicine and medicine is your food.
Stay healthy, take your medicine while you are healthy.
Ultimately "Self Nuturing" is the only nurturing.
Be kind and firm with your self.
