Dominating Spirit
On the journey of inner attainment. There is, on occasion, contact with those aspects of our selves that dominate. These are necessary in order to overcome the superfluous elements that are not not real.
Victorious unity requires that we both dominate and be dominated by the superior aspects of the self.
don't allow your self to be dominated by the superfluous.
don't allow your self to dominate others for the sake of illusory gratification.
Dominate only the self for the purpose of improvement and internal attainment.

Mahkota DewA
We went to the local hair salon. This kind of doubles as a sundries store. I happened to see a package of Mahkota Dewa in there. This is quite a fabulous tropical herb. I will learn the English name and post about it again soon.
The interesting thing about this herb is that it tastes really good. When you boil it up in the pot there is not horrendous broth to guzzle. It's quite pleasant and better yet it cures many human ailments.
Even so I am still quite partial to hot cup of Sambiloto tea, it is akin to herbal whiskey.
Sometimes you just want a drink that will curl your eyelashes and make you healthy at the same time.

Selfworth the magic Key
Hello folks, here is the bambster yet again with another pearl of wisdom. Regardless of your color or creed, your politics or game the one key factor to progressing on your personal evolutionary path is............. The ability to accurately assess and actually improve your self worth.
It may seem simple and naught but ramblings but it is easier talked about than done. Stardom won't save you, at least not from your self anyways. We all get old and crusty eventually... if we are fortunate enough to live long enough.
Aging gracefully goes nicely with improving your self worth. It can be a "slippery fish" for sometimes we are tricked into believing hubris is worth.
Your life and experience are the greatest teachers.
Blessings on your journey.
